The Army got one of the best volunteers in history when you joined in 2004. And it has obviously recognized its good fortune today by pinning that stripe, which you are so deserving of, on your shoulder. You and your buddies show the world what Americans are really like. And, I am beyond proud of your accomplishments, Sergeant Baird.
