Stock Show
For those of you who have never been to the Stock Show in Denver- this is what a National Champion Yak looks like. I thought you would like to know.

If a camel is the horse designed by committee, the yak is a bison by the same people. Good shot.
Yakkity Yak. Don't talk back. Sure did enjoy our Yak burgers though. One never tires of eating too much yak.
